Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located nearby the train station. The rooms were large, with large bed, large bathroom and shower facilities and well air conditioned.

Excellent service in this comfortable and modern hotel. The only down side is the lack of nearby public transportation. It’s a 10-minute walk to either subway or bus, something to consider in the hot Nagoya summer.

Very modern hotel with nice staff. No extra coffee bags available unless you pay for them (2 supplied per day in the room). Rooms were very clean and had good views. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as shopping etc. Easy walk to the shinkansen station as well.
