Our room was small but we figured out a way to place our luggage in a corner and still have plenty of space to move around. Although we only stayed for two nights, we enjoyed the hotel and how close we were to the train station so it made it easy for us to go explore. The hotel staff was also extremely helpful when we asked about luggage shipping, they helped us fill out the forms and left everything ready for us to give to them the next morning.

Very close to metro station. Quiet at night for a good rest but just a few blocks from shopping and entertainment district to party. Rooms are small but well equipped and free On-Demand Video (ODV). Coin-operated laundry on premise was very handy to have. I didn't select the breakfast option as I wanted to try several cafes nearby.

Location was really good, in the middle of Korean-town so you would have lots of korewn restaurants to chose from as well as Japanese. Staff is friendly and room is great. Only negative aspect is that they only have one lift and sometimes takes a long time move within the hotel.

Extended stay.

We spent 9 nights in this hotel and it was very good and served an excellent breakfast that listed the allergens for each food served. This was especially helpful for my wife who is Celiac. We originally booked seven nights but added two on as our flight home was cancelled and had to stay extra nights. The staff were helpful and kind with any questions we had during our stay.

All of the staff was super nice and the Hotel was close to a lot of restaurants. There is an Indian spot connected to it that is buffet-style. The area around it is cool for Concept bars and such. There could be some questionable offers from people at some spots at night that I personally wouldn't take up. The area isn't dangerous and in fact pretty peaceful.

We ordered UberEats and the order saild delivered but it never came. The staff called them for us. Staff was very helpful. :D the location tho, is further away from Nagoya Station than expected. area is nice and rhere are places to eat :)
