New to Luxury Beach Rentals, this 2BR/2BA condo at Bay View on the Boardwalk offers direct ocean views from both private balconies. The condo was just updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring, large 65inch smart tv in living room and fully painted! It can accommodate up to 10 guests with 4 full-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The resort offers a wide range of amenities including a lazy river, large oceanfront pool and deck, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, a fitness room, lounge and Starbucks onsite!

The condo is situated directly on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, putting you right in the heart of all the action! Walk to iconic spots like the SkyWheel, RipTydz, Pier 14, Banditos, and countless other fantastic restaurants and attractions along the Grand Strand. It's a short drive to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, with many popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shops nearby.

Bike Week

The property was great. Right on the water, clean property, good service. The last two nights of our stay coincided with Bike Week. I was not aware Bike Week was a thing or that I'd be in Myrtle Beach at the same time, but that wasn't great. Very loud, lots of distruption. To be fair, it was quiet in my room, but outside it was quite a mess.

Could be better

Condo has a very good location. In order to check in we had to make a phone call to receive instructions. Rather outdated furniture and dining chairs need a lot of cleaning. Poorly functioning dishwasher. Had to do dishes by hand. Minimal pots and pans. Broken microwave handle upon arrival. Food left in the freezer from the previous guests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have been more pleased with the condo. We had an amazing stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was just updated and very clean. We only had to reach out to the management company Luxury Beach Rentals and they responded immediately. We are so happy to have found our go to place from now on!
