Dish washer outdated/didn’t clean properly, baking sheets were rusted & really dirty along with some pots, pans and dishes, garbage disposal in sink was extremely loud and shook the counter, washer/dryer outdated & dryer took FOREVER to dry clothes.

First, we got there & the google gps took us to Monarch roofing which is the address listed on the site. I called to find out that I was supposed to have gotten an email & a text with the address & code for the lockbox. I didn't get it until we were there & I had called. The 2 bedroom villa said in the description that there was 1 King bed, 1 Large twin & 2 Double beds. There were 3 double beds & 1 full. We specifically stated 5 people were staying & there were 4 bath towels & 2 rolls of toilet paper. When I text him about this he said he would have the maid bring another towel & some toilet paper. We never did receive either. I sent him pictures of the showerheads with mold on them & mold all in the track of one of the shower (door also wouldn't stay on the track) and he didn't comment or respond about that. I had asked about the size/descriptions of beds & he said What do you want.... & was just flat out rude. I would have liked a clean showerhead that myself & my family didn't have to clean before getting in, enough towels for all of us & for the floors to be cleaned as there were many stains in the carpet. At one point we were sitting on the balcony & we saw a couple cockroaches. I would not recommend this particular 2 bedroom villa to anyone. Also there was no sort of map of the property or anything for us to find the pools. It was disappointing all in all. In addition we were charged the cleaning fee in our original bill.

Property was not well maintained. Cracked mirrors, broken towel racks, lamp shades broken, stool with tops that fell off. Then the mild inconvenience of being told on first floor then being put on third. No batteries in any of the remotes, tv had dark spot in middle. Small uncomfortable pillows. All easy fixes just not taken care of.
