This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, 1 king bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

As of Winter 2023 this condo has been nicely updated and we could not be more excited to share them with you! For starters all the carpeting was replaced with brand new LVT flooring throughout! In the living area a new dining table was installed with new chairs to compliment. Two new larger TV's were installed in the master bedroom and guest bedroom. Lastly, all new furniture was installed in the master bedroom, and living room. Guests will love these new updates!

This 2 bedroom suite features some incredible upgrades that include: granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, newer furniture, fully stocked cabinets, washer & dryer in the condo, and so much more.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the right and features 1 full-size bed and 1 queen size and access to a private bathroom. Just down the hallway, the master bedroom offers 1 king bed and access to a full bathroom. This bedroom also includes access to the main oceanfront balcony, which is also accessible from the living room.

The kitchen is absolutely incredible and features brand new appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment was beautifully decorated, and the fresh paint and beachy decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The sofa converts to a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. Our guests will also have access to a washer and dryer inside the property!

The Atlantica is a high-rise resort complex located on North Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new shopping and dining complex just opened around the corner, and it features several dining, shops, and attractions. If this weren't enough, this unit is also located just a couple of blocks from the Myrtle Beach Skywheel and the infamous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk! Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go carts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
