Condo 1002 négligé

L'entretien du condo 1002 est très négligé. L'air climatisé coule sur le comptoir de cuisine et sur le plancher un peu partout. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché dès notre arrivé et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser pour pas qu'il ne déborde. Le frigo n'était pas fonctionnel à notre arrivée il a fallu le débrancher et le faire dégelé toute une journée, il a fallu que j'aille acheter de la glace pour ne pas perdre ma nourriture. Il manque des tuiles au plafond de la salle de bain. Il y a des lumières encastrées de brûlées un peu partout. Dans le lit il y a juste un petit drap ont a demandé a la femme de ménage de nous en apporter un autre car ont avaient froid la nuit et nous l'avons jamais eu. Il manquait la carafe pour la cafetière nous n'avons pas pu nous faire de café et il n'y avait pas de toaster non plus. Au début ont voulaient prolonger notre séjour car la vue est incroyable mais à cause de la négligence du condo nous avons décidé de partir et ne pas prolonger nos vacances ici. Pour le prix qu'on a payé notre séjour nous avons été très déçu, le condo nécessiterait plus d'entretien. J'ai écris plusieurs fois à l'administration pour y faire pars de tout cela mais aucun réponse de leur part. Ils ont aussi changer le code de la porte d'entrée au rez-de-chaussée pendant le séjour sans m'aviser par courriel avant. C'est dommage car la vue de se condo était tout simplement magnifique et il est très bien situé mais il faudrait que le condo soit entretenu!

Really liked the condo, but for God's sake, please give people more towels and clean that mold off the ceiling in the bathroom in the bathtub, unsightly, but by the ocean is a hard clean. Enjoyed everything. Signed the guest book. I really wish myrtle beach had better places to eat.

Labor Day weekend getaway

The property, the beach, the location are great. It was super unclear how to enter the property and I did not get instructions on how to check in until after I spent two hours on the phone with the property manager and VRBO trying to understand what to do. I never received any emails before going to Myrtle Beach on how to check in. I later found a text from the property manager about late check-in, but no information beforehand about what late really meant. Everything after was easy and pleasant. If anyone is staying here, call them ahead of time to understand how to enter the property, because you need to get the key at another location, not the actual building where you will be staying. There is no check-in desk either.

Very old and outdated! Especially for that much money. The resort fee that shows up on your confirmation email is outrageous.
