Top Myohonji Temple Hotel Reviews
Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura
10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful hotel in the perfect location for a trip to kamakura. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved the small touches like lots of complimentary water bottles, pajamas, great toiletries. I would highly recommend this hotel."
Tosei Hotel Cocone Kamakura

LACER SUITES KAMAKURA

"Short walk from the station, thoughtfully designed hotel. Love the modern wooden look. Helpful staff and breakfast was great."
Samurai Guesthouse irodori Kamakura
10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful four nights. It was nice to live in an old 3-bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood along a narrow path. I loved waking up in a room bathed in light from the shoji door and windows. Early in the morning I would go out for a walk before sitting down to a nice Japanese breakfast with the owner, cook and other guests. Sharing the bathrooms with other guests was like living with your siblings. I felt like I was part of a family in a very interesting and relatively small town. The owner was very helpful in answering questions and recommending places to visit. If you want a hotel experience, this is not for you. There is no front desk, extra amenities, private bathroom, tv, or refrigerator. This is an old house with three guest rooms. But the rooms have a/c and the two bathrooms have flush washlets. You have to remove your shoes at the front door. Then you step up to the small common area with a low table and zabutons. Under the table is recessed so you can sit comfortably with your legs dangling. The narrow, steep stairway leads to two guest rooms and a bathroom with toilet. My room was very comfortable with a couch and low desk. The futon was thin so I laid two of them on the tatami mat. This was a great experience to live in an old Japanese house."
Max. 12 people OK! Less than 15 minutes walk to the station and the sea! A house in a good location in Kamakura!

"This property worked great for our 8 member family. The property is separated into 3 levels. We could hear street traffic at night. Be sure to ask the host for the GPS coordinates. The host responded very quickly and were very helpful. We loved our time in Kamakura."

"Super cute hostel, very clean and convenient"
Gen Hotel Kamakaura
8/10 Good
"Great location and easy check in. Everything was perfect minus the weird smell of bathroom (perhaps cleaned with old rags). The beds were comfortable and there was just enough space. Really enjoyed this stay"

"This is a very nice Party house? very loud street noises. I wore ear plugs and slept very quietly. Rakuten's help line was no help. "
