Everyone was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks were delicious, property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. "Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. We are both elderly and need consistency. Perhaps initially a different room was found for us because the booked room was down many steep steps. But the "upgrade" was not made clear. Nobody wants to go...
