"We saw outstanding reviews on this property. I was skeptical as reviews are now unreliable and manipulated. But took a chance. Stayed 5 nights. Now our experience was just as others described. Clean, well managed facility with outstanding staff. Servers and front desk personnel are the best part Always welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is outstanding with breakfast (included in our case) excellent quality. So, we recommend this facility with no hesitation. It’s also central and walking distance to most of the popular attractions. The city transit system was easy to manage and excellent. Have fun there."

"My husband and I stayed in a Junior Suit with View (the top 7th floow with balcony) for 4 nights in May. We were very happy with the room and impressed with the staff at all levels. My husband was very pleased to have receive a boxed Sacher Torte for his birthday. We did not inform them that it was his birthday treat. The Hotel Sacher is a short walk away from the Viennese State Opera House, which is very ocnvenient. We enjoyed Perl Fishers as well as Die Walkure this time. A superb mini-holiday."

"A beautiful old building with high ceilings located very near the Rathaus and Museumsquartier. There are plenty of useful shops and restaurants nearby as well as trans and trains. The staff were excellent and helpful. There is a quirky glass shower in the middle of the room so the room isn’t suitable for sharing with someone you are not intimate with but otherwise it is a very good hotel. I stayed shortly after it had been purchased by Motel One Group and was still operating as Flemings. Things may change in the near future so be aware."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, central, and well connected. On a nice, quiet street. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks, with an excellent atmosphere. The rooms are of a decent size, with all necessary amenities and have good storage space. As a newer hotel, everything is modernly designed with a hint of the classic Vienna style. The only two, very minor, improvements points are: 1) the towels, which leave a good amount of fluff on the skin when drying. I was finding towel fluff on myself throughout the day. 2) Very creaky bed frames. Everything else in the hotel is of such high standard that small things like that stick out. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel."
