"Lots of signs around the area showing you to the hotel, so it is easy to find (this part of osaka can be a multi-floor maze!) The hotel is on top of a mall/food complex, so access to shoping and dining was very convenient!
The hotel staff were very nice and quick to help, the downstairs amenities were nice (worlds coldest drinking water!). The shower/bathtub is a whole room, which was really great, and the bed and view were incredible. We really enjoyed our stay!"
