"We had a wonderful time at this guest house! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, and well stocked, and perfectly located. The storage area was an extra convenience to store our bikes and ski gear. Communications with the host were always prompt, friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is where we will stay whenever we return to Grand Junction! "

"Spent New Years Eve here with a few other family members. The venue for the NYE Party was an excellent restaurant downstairs from the apartment. It was spacious, clean with comfy king size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and new appliances. I can't say much about bunk beds. We've chosen this location twice now and enjoyed it both times. I would highly recommend! "
