"So much potential, but not a great experience. Other guests being loud late into the night and letting their dogs and kids run wild into our space kind of ruined it for us, and wasn't impressed with the rickety entrance stairs, missing smoke detector, and incredibly uncomfortable and unstable sofa/futon bed. Also never received check-in information as promised in pre-arrival messages. Location is great and the tiny house was clean, though."

Also blocks from the Riverfront Trail which is great for biking and walking. Would definitely return to this property in the future. "
