"Place was great inside, very clean and comfortable. Opening the front door was a pain with old style lock that needs the magic touch. Location is a bit out of the way due to being on a long dead end."

"The room was clean. Parking lot was spacious. The room was as described. The hotel is very close to a beach-side walkway and about 30-40 min of walk to the town center. The staff were polite."
"Unfortunately the Ironman completion blocked the access and the view; however I was given plenty of notice. Would love to visit again. Enjoyed the large tub and shower!"
"Lovely hotel close to Cascais and the beach. Efficient, if not over friendly reception staff, though the doormen were lovely. Very clean and well equipped rooms, well soundproofed. Eighth floor room gave us splendid views towards Estoril. Would definitely stay again and for longer. On arrival we were asked for a €150 refundable deposit which took us by surprise. Fully refunded on checkout."
"Casa Vela Guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay… it was beyond our expectations! The grounds and landscaping are spectacular, and it feels like a such a calm escape, yet walking distance to the historic part of town. The staff are very friendly and helpful… special shoutout to André and Tania! It is a special place, and I would love to return someday! "
"Wonderful location yet so close to Lisbon (use the train to get in to town), good room size, very friendly staff and very clean.
Breakfast fare was superb but slightly pricey (€15 pp would have been better than the €20 charged in advance) - there are good alternatives options outside the hotel and nearby.
We loved the location to visit the coast and Sintra and Cascais is such a pretty town too with plenty going on."
"OMG everything was the best... Service... Breakfast, restaurant quality, view... pool... Location... WOWWWWWWW!! I need to get back there QUICK! I fell in love
