"This is a new clean hotel, No frills but decent amenities, good service, good condition. The hotel is located far from City center and it’s not always easy to find a taxi not much to see in the area. The hotel is new and clean, but feels a lot more like a four star than a five "

"Loved the room upgrade and the bottle of wine. There are restaurants and a grocery store an easy walk away. We didn’t use the pool but it looked really nice. The balcony was great for eating a small take away breakfast on "

"New, refreshed business with extremely high hospitality standards. From the personal touches provided at check-in and check-out, to thoughtful sound dampening windows, staff rises above expectations in every way.
Well executed, boutique styled hotel, rises above higher
priced competition. Walking distance from important attractions.

"The hosts Luca and Mario are extremely accommodating and lovely people! Rooms done to a high standard and bed really comfortable. Location is beautiful, just a short walk to bus and train station straight into Florence. Enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay again "

"Early check-in was accommodated by very friendly staff. Newer hotel, with modern amenities. Room was large, clean and loved that we had a fridge and stove (didn't use the stove but nice it was there just in case). 10 minute walk from the train station, and about 15 minute walk to the lively piazza's and Duomo and about 20 minutes to Piazza Michelangelo. In the evening, with a bottle of wine, we enjoyed the multiple outdoor terraces, overlooking cathedrals and Duomo and the Florentine mountains. The hotel is a great home base location to see everything Florence has to offer if you're willing to walk, which in Italy, IMO there is no other way to immerse yourself into what each city has to offer. Used the pool and steam room, a welcome few hours of relaxation, before hitting the cobble stone streets again in the evening. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Me and my Mum had a wonderful stay here. So clean, friendly and welcoming.
All the staff were so attentive and the hotel restaurant was lovely!
Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Florence, the location is perfect. "
"Hotel Jane was a great stay. The breakfast was delicious. They offered several different food options, coffee, juice, etc. It also had an elevator, which is helpful with luggage.
There is someone at the reception desk to assist you with getting taxi’s, etc.
The hotel was clean and had a nice shower. "
"We enjoyed the walkable location of the hotel. The breakfast was the best of any hotel during our 2 weeks in Italy. Dinner at the hotel was delicious, out of convenience we ate there a couple nights. The room was comfortable and clean. "
"Really lovely hotel, nice staff and great service. Room was really nice, very comfy bed. Breakfast ok- limited choices in the buffet and no menu for hot breakfast. The outside courtyard was so lovely, perfect for an evening cocktail. Location good, you can walk into the centre of Florence within 15 mins. "
