"Very clean spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Only issue was breakfast didn’t start on Saturday until 7am so there was a swarm of people, big groups traveling together that made it very congested and not everything was refilled immediately. Would be better to start breakfast earlier to spread people out. Coffee was very weak but overall stay was very good. Cookies at check in very nice! Had an outdoor fire pit with nice seating outside with city views "

I was told to check in a 1/2 hour. Came back in an hour - Nah - see this is where I get miffed. If it isn't going to be ready - fine - but don't tell me to come back and when I do so in more than enough time give me a look like duh ... who are you, oh, I don't think its ready yet."

"Got to the motel around 8:30 to 9 PM. Door was locked with a piece of paper taped to the door, instructing me to call a number for help. I did, multiple times. No answer whatsoever. I had to find alternate arrangements."
