"The breakfast menu and the breakfast was fantastic. Food was fresh, tasty, and abundant. There was several healthy food and beverage options. The staff were friendly. Jan was especially friendly and helpful. I would like to point Jan out as offering excellent customer service. The location was also perfect from the perspective of being close to all attractions.
The beds and rooms were comfortable except for three issues: the air conditioner was unable to cool the room, we could not open the window as there was a lot of noise emanating from the street outside and the hotel has a practice of spraying a certain perfume in the rooms which we did not like and we found to be too strong (and we did ask them to refrain from spraying the perfume which they did for that night but must have forgotten about our request as the next day they sprayed our room again. "
"Hotel ideal location for us, staff super friendly and helpful, room cleaned each of the four nights we were there.
Close to Old Town 15 mins walk, few streets away from the trams ,and few minutes walk from Musuem Metro stop.
We have absolutely no complaints at all, will recommend this hotel to anybody going to Prague"
"Outstanding week spent at Charles Bridge Palace! Everything was great, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. It is in a great location, especially for someone who is new to Prague and wants to visit the major tourist attractions.
The only negative I found about the hotel is that some lights and power outlets in the room did not work. Enough of them did work, however, that the room was adequately lit and I was able to charge my phone.
The hotel breakfast was one of the highlights and something my son and I looked forward to every day. I highly recommend Charles Bridge Palace for visitors to Prague!"
"Very nice hotel in a great location. room cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast plenty of variety, only comment the hot food was Luke warm.Bar was excellent as was the Staff.

"The Staff was excellent, and the Breakfast buffet was top-level. The hotel room was huge and very well-maintained. If or when I ever return to Prague, I will most definitely stay in the same hotel, as it has a great location as well."
