Perfect location

Location was perfect. Nice room on first floor overlooking tram stop. Noise level was fine, efficient glazing! So close to most of places to visit, easy walking. Some good restaurants nearby too.

Hotel has it all, location, staff and service.

Hotel Great location and rooms Staff superb. I got very ill and Becky from the reception area arranged for a taxi to get me to a clinic and checked on me to make sure I made it back to the hotel. Petr the manager was wonderful, he willing took time to give us tips on where to go and where to eat. They all paid off!! Cleaning staff helpful and did a great job. The hotel is in front of the trolley line and half a block from the metro and an easy walk into Old Town. Highly recommend as the hotel to stay in Prague,

The staff is super friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. The location is very good and within walking distance to all main sight seeing spots. The only concern is that the hotel is right beside the tram line and is a little bit noisy (but we have no issue falling asleep).

Updated Older Hotel is Good but not Great

3-night stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helped with food and sightseeing recommendations. Hotel common areas and room was clean and tidy. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Like most European hotels, only a duvet is provided with no flat sheet so you will be overheating. Did not have the 15 Euro breakfast as there are many better options within walking distance. Bathroom is very small, and lacked counter space due to the artsy sink and faucet arrangement. Shower drain had the smell of sewer gas, which was quite strong at times. Price was high for the overall quality of accommodation, but the location was convenient to most attractions.

Great hotel! Close to all tourist attractions. Super quiet even though tram stops in front of hotel. Air conditioning worked well. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Internet was reliable. Beautiful decor. Will be our choice of stay when we return to Prague. Booked 2 rooms in first floor and another on the second floor

Really excellent location. Very good, quiet hotel - I was hardly aware of other guests. Nice spacious, comfortable room, with view of the concert hall. Good, well-appointed bathroom. The shower controls were quite tricky to understand, but it was very effective. The only drawback was that the water was very hot in the morning, but more or less cold in the evening. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but there is no shortage of places nearby.

The hotel is located in a prime area next to the old city square. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and it was very quiet. Breakfast is available for a cost and is quite basic. The only negative I could share is that the mattress we got was too soft and gave us back aches. We had to pay an extra cost to upgrade our room to one with a decent bed. I would recommend this property to a friend

Das Hotel liegt perfekt, Tiefgarage gegenüber und bezahlbar, Rudolfinum auf der anderen Straße, Karlsbrücke, Rathaus... fußläufig alles erreichbar. Zimmer gut und großzügig, Frühstück könnte viel besser sein, aber zum Schlafen top.
