The villa itself is full of historic charm—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Each room was thoughtfully appointed, and the grounds were stunning, with peaceful views in every direction.One of the best parts was the excellent location. It served as the perfect home base for our many day trips to enjoy the beauty of the Tuscan countryside—Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Vinci, and more were all within easy reach. After each adventure, we returned to the serenity of the villa to relax, and gather over shared meals.Our hosts were warm and attentive, helping us with every detail to ensure our stay was smooth. "No one on full time duty and we were lucky that we arrived when the attendant happen to walk in. ( No prior notice or anything publicized about this other than check in between 3 and 6 p.m.) Rooms did not have any cups or bath soap. Room was very modest and simple. Towels were old and need to be replaced. "
