"We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony and a great view of the city. The staff are exceptionally helpful and speak very good English, especially Mia. Breakfast was a nice selection, with some menu items available to order. It's centrally located, making it very easy to explore and enjoy the city on foot. The shower had good heat and pressure and the A.C. worked great. "

"My daughter and I arrived at 730 am from an overnight flight from Australia, the staff were +++ accomadating, They offered us showers and food, also the staff organised the all the tours (somewhat cheaper than other places) whilst we stayed there. The room were +++ clean and the breakfast was +++ tasty and plentlyful. Very central location to the whole of the french region in Hanoi, would totally recommend staying there again. "

"Amazing , Amazing, Amazing - did not want to leave . We booked a junior suite which was outstanding . It was more like an apartment with its own kitchen area , utility room with a 2nd toilet, living room , separate bedroom and bathroom. It also had a nice little balcony - which had great views being on the 37th floor , very modern , spacious building with 4 lifts . Reception is on 32nd floor and it has an amazing restaurant with excellent food. Roof top indoor gym and heated swimming pool . The staff were all amazing and very helpful 10/10 ."
