"The hotel is amazing with beautiful views. Everything is very clean. We have a mountain view that was breathtaking and the beach was litterally right across the street. I wish the pool area played better music as the music they played were from the 1950s-1970s. No pool activities but the heated pool was a nice touch especially when it was cooler outside. Breakfast was also very good with lots of variety along with an omlette bar. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations "

"Amazing stay! Stayed at the Janeiro hotel for 3 nights with a group of 4 friends and everything from the rooms to the service was impeccable. Rooms are large, very well designed, and very comfortable, with added personalized touches that made our stay all the more special. Bathrooms are also quite large and the shower is amazing. We enjoyed our welcome drinks from the rooftop which has a really nice view (and the drink options also top notch) and a nice ambiance at night. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant except for ordering from the beach, which I will say took a very long time to arrive. Other than that the stay was absolutely perfect. Will definitely stay again! "

"**Tourist beware** The host does not include the exact location of the property in the listing and did not provide details about how to get to the property until after booking was complete. What the host hid from the booking: The property is up on a hill inside the park, which is NOT accessible by uber. You can only get to the property from a very rough and unsafe dirt road. The only option is to rent a car or hire a driver for extra cost. The owner did not disclose this very important detail before booking and when we realized it was too much of an inconvenience for us and would impact the quality of our trip, we were already past the refund period and we lost 50% of our booking fee (coincidence I’m sure…). This withholding of information until after booking is at best an unethical business practice and worst potentially a scam. Be careful with booking and ensure this meets your needs before booking so you don’t lose money like we did. "
