"Breakfast and staff were really good. Air conditioning was nonexistent even though it stayed that they had it. It maybe just wasn’t working when we were there and it was super hot in the room. "

"Overall, we had a very wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent with a large variety of choices. But the most unforgettable part of our stay was the young girl at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, polite, warm, and welcoming. She made guests feel truly cared for and gave us such a warm and comfortable feeling from the moment we arrived. She was also extremely patient and genuinely had a beautiful heart. It is rare to meet someone who treats guests with such sincerity and kindness. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. She was a young Italian girl with blonde curly hair, big eyes, and a round face. She is truly an amazing employee — responsible, caring, patient, and professional. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like her representing the front desk. Thank you for such a lovely experience."

"I ask for the water to be hotter to take a proper bath, but I did not had a proper answer. Breakfast is ok, the bed is good too"

"I chose not to have breakfast although it looked good. Fifteen euros is a lot, IMO, considering you can go downstairs and get a cappuccino downstairs at a bar for only a couple of euros. The room was clean; sheets not very soft, private patio was disappointing (overlooks concrete). Iron, ironing board, coffee and tea in room, and oversized bath towels were all appreciated. Felt oddly impersonal and a little like a hostel, somehow. Area is lively and safe even at night, and market next door is fabulous. "

"The Aparthotel Colombo Roma. This was a little further out of the city than I had thought, and not the easiest of things to find. On a main road between a row of shops and apartments there is a security gate through that and down an ally you find this hotel, very trendy, warm and welcoming. Staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was between 7-10 each day i never used this as i was out early. The room was very clean with a kitchenette with a fridge combi microwave and a dishwasher yet no pots! The transport network is good lots of busses outside the hotel the 160 and L70 both go close to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. The Garbatella Metro station is about 10 minutes walk basicly turn left out of the hotel walk down to the traffic lights and turn left again just follow that road all the way to the motorway bridge and the station is on the left. I paid €22 for a 72 hr pass on all public transport Metro, Bus and Trams. Overall I enjoyed my stay and it was a good base. "
