"The property is a bit away from the airport and took a while to reach but was with the wait. It is a beautiful resort with well appointed rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The airport shuttle was prompt and helpful, given the intense traffic in the area. We were upgraded to a suite which had a two bathrooms and a separate bedroom and patio overlooking beautiful sunsets. A fruit plate was delivered while we were out which was a nice touch. Nice place to stay."

"The room was ok but it better was based on the price. The pool however wasn’t! Having a pool with weather temp in the middle of a San Jose tower means no one will use it. It should be a warmed pool cause otherwise it is there for decor. "

"We booked a room here at the last minute after the hotel we originally booked had double booked our room and left us with nowhere to stay after some long flights. We were so pleased to be here, the hotel is immaculate and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Scarlett who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have had at a hotel. The breakfast also really good and excellent value."

"This is a beautiful condo with a great view of the city! It has everything you could possibly want for your stay. It comes with loads of small appliances! The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The major appliances are high quality and nearly new. If you aren't a Spanish speaker, there are instructions for the appliances in English in a book for all of them. The entire condo is first class! The location is perfect for anyone coming for an event at the stadium. We walked there in 10 minutes. The area has a lot of nice restaurants nearby and we always felt very safe walking around the neighborhood. We definitely recommend this condo and this host!"

"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. The laundry room is downstairs and it costs US$12 to wash and dry a load. The suite itself was huge with a very comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set up around the small pool. The area around the hotel wasn’t that nice, but a short walk took you to a large park and there were many restaurants near by. Great for a couple of nights stay."
