"The hotel was perfect in every single way with the exception there was no microwave. As long as the price stays reasonable, I would absolutely stay here again. The location is exceptional, no car needed. The 146 bus that takes you downtown and within walking distance from the Royal Palace is directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel (146) bus stop is the first stop and the last stop is closest to the Royal Palace. The fare is $1.50 each way, tap and pay only. The metro train is also close by, about 10 min walk from Hotel. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! Many options and even a cook to order omelette station, well worth the extra fee, you won’t regret it! The staff were all extremely delightful and very accommodating. The rooms were adequate, equipped with toilet and bidet, walk-in rain shower and refrigerator filled with beverages to purchase. We were in a room with 2 twins pushed together as a king. The beds were extremely comfortable with 3 pillows per person!! Twin bed pushed together as a king can be separated. The one and only minor issue we had with the room was there was no microwave. Room service is available up to 11 pm and they come quickly with your order 🤗 The free shuttle was on point! It was my birthday week and our 1st day we checked in then went out sightseeing when we returned in the evening there was a slice of cheesecake with Happy Birthday inscribed on the plate in chocolate icing coming"

"The area is under SERIOUS construction, making it hard to find hotel and for drivers to even drop us off. I think once finished it will be very nice but for now it made it hard to enjoy. It was a bit of a walk to where we could get a taxi or to where they could drop us off late at night. Also Vending machines are outside of the hotel (in a train station, so no comfortable sending a child to get a water), but hotel staff was incredibly kind and check in was a breeze. They do not have air condition in the hotel rooms at night, and that made it quite stuffy. I did leave window open which helped but also with trains it was loud. Hotel room was large and had all we needed, and staff was very kind. "

"Excellent hotel - top quality. We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy. BUT it was uncomfortable and will cause us to consider an alternative hotel in the future. 2. We had a late event and so wanted to get something light to eat at about 6 pm (= time for "merienda" in Spain). The bar had drinks and a couple of stale sandwiches - two of which involved shell fish although not in a refrigerated display case. The lady was helpful and told us we could walk down the street about 6-10 minutes, which we did. It was not a pleasant experience because our time was extemely tight. Again, in a lesser hotel I wouldn't think twice. But one of this category with a bar present . . . not a wise management decision from a client's perspective."

"Servicio muy bueno, check in muy bien. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, es muy viejo. El baño le falta mantenimiento y más limpieza a profundidad, estaba un poco empolvado y manchas blancas... cuando quite la cobija de adorno que va en la cama salieron 2 mini bichitos. El segundo día no nos quitaron la taza sucia ni el vaso... el desayuno muy bien y excelente servicio aunque falta un poco de variedad en proteína. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de un Mercadona y la estación del metro. Las paredes son un poco delgadas y se escuchan los ruidos de los otros huéspedes cuando llegan a su cuarto. Las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Lo ideal sería tener smart TV o mínimo poder cambiar el audio de la televisión."
