"Great location, close to main subway hub "

"The lobby was under construction, we got in early and was never allowed to check in early insure of rooms being available. The receptionist Baptiste had no idea of what he was doing, he also lacks empathy and compassion. The lobby was dusty and noisy which was due to their construction. The room 7080 air condition was broken and no one ever showed up in the 6 days to fix it. It was hot and miserable."

"The building may be old but don't get fooled, the rooms we have were super nice, the bathroom was excellent, very clean, so close to everything, and very peaceful and quiet."

"Very well kept and run hotel. Great continetal breakfast. Walk out the door and a view of the Eiffel Tower. Good sized bedrooms. Excellent location."

"The room was modern and spacious we had two bathrooms which was great. Beds were very confortable. They provide water and some bread in the front desk which my kids really like. Very well located half block from arc de triomphe and metro station, very walkable and beautiful area. We definitely would stay again and recommend it. One thing: the room was very very dusty specially the bed comforters. "

"Clean room, clean hotel, wonderful location-walking distance to Trocadero and Arc de Triomphe, also close to the Metro station. Main complaint really is the room can get really hot and AC does not work well, we had to keep window partially open to get fresh cool air in."
