This hotel is the worst one.Staff are terrible... The reception desk is managed by most inefficient people..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality..no enough towels. Checking time was at 3pm but they made us wait till 5pm . I don’t recommend this hotel specifically if you go with kids. Location is good but it needs a proper management with hotel management scale.

Large rooms and friendly staff and good value for money. The area is modern and the complex of duel carriage ways does not make it pedestrian friendly. The rooms could be better soundproofed.

The hotel is in a good location cloaenll big malls like email of Oman and avenues.. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely value for money. It is right next to Panorama mall but the mall is almost empty. It does have a supermarket and a couple of coffee shops that was convenient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I went to check it out before deciding and I felt the breakfast was not worth what you pay for it (10omr) - limited options.

Perfect hotel for a quick visit
Very nice hotel for a short visit in the city. Room was cleaned and perfect for our visit. We had a late flight and we were allowed to do late check out. It made a huge difference for us. Very nice and helpful lobby and dining room staff. Hotel provides free underground parking which was a game changer during high temperatures. Definitely recommended.

It is difficult to give the Levatio Hotel anything less than 5 stars in all areas. Accepted, we were there this month -,so July, which is low season (and hot....very hot) therefore the hotel was very quiet. Every single team member I spoke to was friendly, engaging, highly professional and very welcoming. We did not eat in the restaurant for dinner, but took breakfast every morning which catered for all tastes and which again was exemplary. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring with very easy and (a surprise for folk like us from the UK) - free parking. We hired a vehicle to explore and left it in the carpark out side the hotel with no worry. Muscat and Oman generally is a very safe country and parking anywhere and everywhere is very easy in my experience. There is also a supermarket right next to the hotel for stocking up on products should you need. The rooms are spacious and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities are in place along with a mini fridge. Still water bottles are replaced daily. If you are looking for value for money, excellent standards and a friendly hotel then consider the Levatio. I should add that it is also very centrally located and the air conditioning is first rate. There is also a shopping mall located - 1 minute walk One thing i would recommend is to download the OTaxi app while you are there. Simply top up your wallet using any bank card and away you go. Very reasonable prices I thought, in comparison to the UK taxi industry.

Be warned!! My property went missing from my room and they deny refuse to respond and say I lost it myself! Not so much as an apology. Stayed all over world never had this happen! Shocking! Be advised do not book here.

I normally stay at the Somerset but the Levatio is within 100 meters or so and it is less expensive, has great rooms and adequate gym

This hotel has four stars, but it felt more like a three star hotel. We travel a lot, and compared to other places, the service was just not "there". My husband participated in the Ironman competition that took place in Muscat for the for the fist time. There were several other athletes in the hotel. The management didn't want guests to transport their bicycles through the lobby. Really? We were under the impression that the hotel was not prepared to host athletes. That's usually different in other places where hotels make special accommodations when it comes to food and other services. As an example, we had to ask several times for an early breakfast before the race, which the hotel ultimately made possible. But the impression stayed with us that they need to change their attitude and become more customer friendly and less snobby. After all, this is not the Ritz-Carlton! Other things that we didn't like was the somewhat outdated decor and a constant noise that came out of the vents, which made falling asleep difficult. They have some maintenance issues as well, such as stained upholstery and a lack of cleanness in some areas. The breakfast buffet was nice, but the other food that we ordered was not very good, so that we preferred to eat somewhere else.

Excellent facility; good gym and spa, great WiFi, outstanding lobby, wide breakfast choice (but machine coffee is terrible). There's a Costa within 90 seconds so get coffee there. Totally professional staff. Top shelf all the way.

Rooftop pool area was much nicer than expected and location was very convenient. Breakfast buffet was about average for hotels in the area. Rooms were nice and very clean. Plenty of parking and easy access to mall and coffee shops within walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were friendly and professional. However the room failed to meet expectations. There were stains on the furniture and the carpet could use a cleaning. Also the room was noisy. We could hear music from the pool area and noise from the nearby road. The windows were not very soundproof.

Great Potential.
Levatio Hotel is quite new and it shows. There are still some kinks to work out but overall I was happy with my stay. The room itself was quite comfortable. Minor nuisances were trying to find towels for the pool (in the spa 2 floors lower rather than where the pool is), not having any clear numbers on the phone or in the room to call reception, the 'multi-socket' adaptors not accepting North American plugs, and no iron/ironing board in the room (probably available on request). I only mention these things as they are quite easy to improve and I'm sure the hotel will do so over time. The room itself was excellent, the WiFi worked pretty well (slow at times but perhaps typical of Jordan) and the breakfast spread was excellent. I would possibly stay here again if the rate was right.

Great value hotel in Muscat
Fantastic value in this hotel the staff were amazing! Our luggage went missing from our flight and the hotel staff were very helpful with directions to the nearest shopping center and they also let us check in early. The pool was wonderful and we had free parking. Also the bed was massive and so comfortable.
