"Under construction. Parking was difficult to find since there is a Conference Center attached. And the prices went up due to that. Check in staff was not friendly. Got a 25% off from the attached White Spot which did not come across when looking at hotels."

"Arrived an hour after 4pm check in and upon going to our room found housekeeping in there cleaning and room not ready. Felt like they rushed finishing cleaning to get out, floor was wet when we went in and still a dirty floor, water all over the counters by the sink. Walls had lots of liquid streaks on them. 2nd day we went to go back to our hotel and our keys would no longer work, had to go and get that fixed at front desk. It was though they thought our check out was after one day instead of 2. Pool was not open or working. When going to check out on our last day, walked in and a worker behind the desk and another gentleman (not a customer) they clearly knew eachother and were having some sort of disagreement/arguement. Would not stay at this hotel again for the price it is. Not clean, and nothing great about the room for an almost $700 stay. "

"The hotel is great. It’s beautiful, quiet, located in a convenient spot, more affordable than Vancouver proper, and has a delicious Denny’s next door for breakfast. If you have points for hotels.com, they give you a voucher for a percentage off too. We loved the property!"
