"This hotel is a giant log house, situated in a beautiful street of similar buildings. Nothing beats waking up to fresh snow falling outside your window (massive glass windows) and sipping on a hot cup of tea. The room was very cosy and comfortable! I had the best sleeps here. After a hard day of snow boarding, coming back to just sit in front of the fire, watch the snow fall, have a bath or have drinks with friends in the common area was absolutely amazing!! Wish I never had to leave! 10/10!!!! "

"A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer"

"I stayed 5 nights for snowboarding. The host can drive you to Gondola, and you can just ski-in at the end of the day. What impressed me most is their hospitality, if you have any problem, just ask and they will help you. 10 out of 10 for great service!"

"Nice hostel near on the way up to Hakuba Rogyu ski park. No snow on mid december when we arrived, however the host did inform us the situation. No activities during winter if no snow, a lot of empty home stay or not open, we are the only guest during our stay. Room need renovation especially no heating seat on room wc during freezing night unless you go to public toilet. Need to drive on own if stay in this hostel."
