Casa Indico KM - Murcia Holiday Rentals Property
A marvellous south west facing corner apartment with very large open sunny terrace, and outstanding views of the pool and golf course, with mountains in the backdrop.
This apartment is one of the rare examples of having the angular style indoors and the large sun drenched terrace with outstanding views across the serene golf course.
The kitchen is well equipped, with dishwasher, oven, stove microwave etc, and has an additional preparation area. The utility area has been upgraded with a window installed to keep it clean and tidy.
The lounge has a beautiful chaise end sofa which has some beautiful scatter cushions adorned. The TV area has been thought out and brings the lounge together,
The two bedrooms are grand in size and are both fitted with air conditioning and built in wardrobes. They both have a beautiful feel due to the amount of natural light they absorb.
The bathroom is well cared for and a great size with bath tub and shower. Free Wifi available throughout with high speed suitable for Firestick, Netfix etc.
The prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort contains 1864, low-level apartments in 78 blocks, a restaurant, bar, golf shop, and supermarket. The resort covers 1,353.041 m², with a build area of only 5% of the total area, scattered around an 18 hole golf course. An old dovecote has been converted into a café, right on the golf course itself.
Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18 hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.
The Region of Murcia has an excellent climate of over 320 days sunshine per year[3] and warm winters.
The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.
The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.

Thoroughly reccomend!
When entering the apartment on check in, it was spotless but there was a lot of extra detail (similar to entering a hotel room ) ie: coffee sachets, milk, a washing machine tablet and dishwasher tablet to get started, amenities in the bathroom ie: soaps , moisturisers and shampoos. Towels for the swimming pools and room were neatly laid out etc. The outside balcony is stunning with views with ver the pool and 2 golf fairways. Thoroughly recommend this unit.

We’ve stayed at a few apartments on HR but this was one of our favourites. South facing very spacious balcony and easy walk to club house. Nic (the key holder) was incredibly helpful, responsive and thoughtful. Had everything we needed - including some shade!

Beautiful Apartment
Apartment is stunning, in so many ways. The views, the terrace the furnishings. We absolutely loved it.
PLEAE NOTE: Change the access method to the building and the apartment.
Because, the digital app, STAYMYWAY, which is currently used to access the building door and apartment didn't work when we arrived at 3.00 pm on a Sunday in extremely hot weather, so we couldn't enter the building in the hot sun for an hour in the heat of the day. Being a Sunday there was no back up from anyone we called or emailed for help. Dreadful start to our holiday! We kept asking people to let us in for over an hour outside the building with our suitcases. For security reasons people refused until eventually someone staying in he building agreed to let us in, if we could prove that we had rented an apartment. My husband is 80 and suffered from heat exhaustion after hanging around for over an hour in extremely hot temperature.
The Faulty digital system of access continued throughout the 2 weeks. Thankfully one of the support team on the Monday, the second day of our holiday, found an actual key to the building. She was great but this should be avoided for future.
