"The property needs some updating. Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property. No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine. We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running. Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed. We were told that outdoor pool was heated, but it was ice cold."

"Lovely place to stay. Hosts were amazing to communicate with and very helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood. Drive to the beach is easy and only 15 minutes away. Los Alcazares is a fun little beach town with some great restaurants and gorgeous beaches. All in all a great place to be!"

"Villa are as lovely ideal for 4 off us. The rooms were clean but in the Main bedroom there was a damp smell but spoke to Joy( house manager) and she said she would look into it as there had been a bad storm the day before we arrived and it could have something to do with it. also 3rd bedroom is up a narrow flight off stairs and has no door. The heated pool was perfect and the location near the club house was fantastic. The whole complex is lovely, clean and secure. Nicola was brilliant at keeping in touch and gave us lots of useful information about the area. And Joy was also amazing at organising trips for us and also giving us lot’s of useful tips. overall Amazing and would definitely recommend if looking for a relaxing break"

Chris the owner was great kept in touch with me to let me know that we could get into the property sooner than expected. Had many a fantastic holiday with my family in this resort over the years. "Lovely spacious villa on a wonderful resort - very quiet but with facilities near by. Good communication with the owner and simple instructions to access the property . The best part of the property is the outside space ! Lovely size pool and large terrace - some covered so you can get out of the sun ! Some aspects are a little tired but doesn’t impact the stay "
