Fiasco

Het was een fiasco en wij verzoeken dit als een klacht te behandelen. Via de zoekstring hadden we tevoren 3 sterren aangegeven en toen kwam dit hotel te voorschijn als zijnde 3 sterren Fincas hotel. Nou, een 1 ster hotel hoort beter te zijn dan dit hotel. De kleine kamer die ons na aankomst werd toegewezen stond compleet vol met 2 bedden. Geen tafeltje, geen stoelen, geen wastafeltje, geen loopruimte, niets. Wij hadden speciaal een luxe kamer gekozen met privé badkamer maar dat betekende dat wij een sleutel kregen voor een toilet op de gang waar je eerst naar toe moest lopen. Douchen moest in de gezamelijke douche op die zelfde gang. Wij deelden het hotel mede dat dit onacceptabel was. Er werd ons toen (tegen flinke bijbetaling) een privé bungalow aangeboden. Dat bleek echter een behoorlijk oude stacaravan te zijn die zijn goede jaren ver achter zich had en bovendien matig schoon was. Toch maar geaccepteerd en bijbetaald. Dit alles voldoet absoluut niet aan de minimale eisen om de naam hotel te mogen gebruiken, laat staan 3 sterren te claimen.
