"The hotel is excellent. The food is divine. The front desk staff were outstanding. Dinner serving staff was perfect. One thing for all fellow travellers to be aware of is that you must wait at the exact spot for the shuttle driver to pick you up; otherwise, the driver would just drive away, even though the driver saw you."

Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, offering the perfect place to relax after exploring Kinosaki Onsen. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from the famous bathhouses, restaurants, and the charming canal, making it incredibly easy to enjoy everything this wonderful town has to offer. One of our favorite parts of the stay was being able to immerse ourselves in the unique atmosphere of Kinosaki while returning each evening to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Every interaction with the staff reflected the warmth and care for which Japan is known. If you’re planning a visit to Kinosaki Onsen, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It combines outstanding service, comfort, and an ideal location to create a truly unforgettable experience. We would gladly stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful town."
