"This Lucerne hotel has perfect location to transportation. Yet quiet and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. However they did have a problem with billing which they worked to resolve. Restaurant staff was kind and provided excellent service/food. I recommend this hotel for a stay in Lucerne "

"The views from some of the rooms are amazing and the staff were very nice. Worth mentioning if you are traveling with kids on Spring or Summer that there isn’t air conditioning on the rooms and the hotel is not centrally located ( although it is a a few bus stops from the central station ). I think the rooms were in need of maintenance and the breakfast a bit pricey for the quality of it. Overall a 3.5/5"
