Room was well maintained, breakfast spread was extensive, staff were top notch in terms of friendliness, sauna/infinity pool is incredible. Shuttle to/from train station on day of arrival/departure was convenient. Spiez is a wonderful little town. This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we WILL definitely stay here again!

So noisy because there’s construction outside. The workers start the job each morning at 7am. The breakfast is not good. Overall I won’t come back with the price I paid.

This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!

"The hotel is in a great central location with plenty of restaurants and activities very close by. My only negative was no AC but they usually don’t have the heat we experienced while there. Breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful."
