"The hotel was clean and our room was great. The front desk worker when we checked in that night (late) was great. The worker in the morning...not as much. The breakfast was not great. "

"The second room we booked was dirty. Staff we interacted with was nice though. Wish breakfast was a bit earlier cause our flight required us to be at the airport and we missed it. Shuttle was confident though. Allowed us to take the Turo back and not have to worry about that. But overall for the price I guess it wasn’t that bad overall. "

"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton in Oaklawn. I stayed here for four days while visiting and the housekeeping service was completely unacceptable. The first night was fine, but after that everything went downhill. On the second day, I specifically went down to the front desk and asked for our room to be cleaned before we left for the day. When we came back, the room had not been cleaned at all. It actually looked like they simply refolded the same sheets and left everything else exactly the same. The next morning, I left early and again requested housekeeping. When I returned later that day, the room was still dirty. Garbage was still on the floor, towels were still on the floor, and nothing had been touched. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, this was extremely disappointing. I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and have never experienced housekeeping this poor. When you request service twice and still return to a dirty room, it’s unacceptable. I expected much better from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, this stay was a very frustrating experience."
