"We always choose the Overton when we are in Lubbock. We love the atmosphere of the lounge and bar area. They often have live music on the weekends. The breakfast is always phenomenal with lots of options on the buffet as well as a menu. The hotel is well up kept and super clean. "

"Last minute trip for Texas Cross Country Regional Competition. Needed a 2 bed 2 bath space for a family frend joining us plus our dog. Perfect location & layout for what we needed and fenced in yard for our dog. Next to a busy street but surprisingly no distracting/annoying street noise inside the house. "

"The house was perfect for pets. I'm just going to add a few comment about the place, because the owner asked me to. The house probably would be more spught after if it had a TV. The linens and towels and mats all still had tags on them. The bathrooms need handsoap and probably some shampoo and other soaps for the showers. Would be more accommodating for pet owners if the back/sideyard were fenced in. The house was clean though and had good parking area. Any and all of these comments are just meant to be helpful. I would stay here again. Thank you very much for accommodating us on our stay."

"The ac in the main house only blows in a couple rooms won't go below 68 in the big room with two beds the window ac doesn't work at all and is moldy "
