"Upon my arrival, my reservation was lost due to a change with the system. After much back and forth, I was given a room in a mostly abandoned and creepy motel. It met the basic requirements of a somewhat clean room, bed and shower. I was happy to leave the next morning. "
"We stayed a week and wished we did not. Our TV was not working properly and I asked several times for them to only come in and say there is nothing they can do. Mind you the hotel was not full. I asked for room service and never received it. Very upset that I wasted the money."
"This place is not clean at all. Walked into our non smoking room, and all my family could smell was cigarette. The beds and pillows were stained. Also found hairs all over the beds along with bed bugs. Over all a very unpleasant experience. Checked out of that place as soon as possible. I would advise not to stay at this place. "

"It is a lovely house and a great location. I was delighted with the communication from the owner on issues that were entirely out of his control (caused by Mother Nature). Overall, I am happy and would stay again if I came back to Lubbock"
