"Here's the deal. We drove from Phx, AZ to Lubbock, TX for a family emergency. We didn't need anything fancy, the pics of the website are so deceiving. The beds look just like that but the other pictures must be from a completely different hotel. The floor is nasty, do not walk bare feet. The walls are nasty & very dirty. The bathroom was nasty too, black ring around the toilet, the shower was yellowish like it hasn't been clean. I went to buy products to clean it because I needed to shower. Brought some cheap shower shoes because dang I was afraid for my feet. The water pressure sucked, water went everywhere but where it needed to go. Let's not talk about the A/C. We checked in at 3 pm, had to pay a CASH DEPOSIT on top of what we paid online. So had to go get CASH before we could check in. After we paid the deposit I wanted a refund. They said no refunds. Anyways back to the A/C. We lowered it on to the lowest temp possible. Left for 4 hours came back at 7 pm. It was still HOT 🔥, went to Walmart at 715 pm to buy a fan because damn we were sweating. The property itself is literally falling apart. Save yourself and go somewhere else. Not sure how this place qualifies for the family of Wyndham hotels and resorts. Someone from their Corp office really needs to come out and experience this place in person. They would run thr bulldozer themselves. Go somewhere else."
