"Great communication with property owner, house was clean and comfortable. The location was really efficient for access to all the places we needed. "

"Visiting son at TTU, quite neighborhood, close to university. Large bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and backyard. Master shower was missing door and floor got wet, but owner pointed out up front.There’s no chest of drawers or closet in master.But 2nd BR had closet.Plenty of kitchen utensils and plenty of bath towels. Definitely would recommend and stay again. "

"Beautiful space to stay 2 nights while in town for business. Loved the carport as protection from the possibility of West Texas storms! They really thought of every amenity."

"Excellent place to stay. Had everything we needed. Was close to Texas Tech as well as stores and restaurants. Clean house and furnishings are great. Only thing that we experienced was allergies. Something on the side where the house has three rooms made us really allergic. Not sure if it’s the AC, maybe the ceiling fans, or there might have been pets previously or perhaps a bit of dust in the air. Something made all of us have allergies. Other than that, it was excellent and I would stay again."
