The studio faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet. It's the perfect place for a good rest after a long trip, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work.

Check-in is flexible, easy and keyless. Public parking is available around the house for a fee.

The access code will be sent before check-in. You will find detailed check-in instructions with video in our digital guest folder after your booking.

The studio is located in the lively district of Giesing surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping. In the immediate vicinity is a subway station, a streetcar station and a bus station.
