The room needs some attention. The walls have missing paint on them. The light on the far side of the bed doesn’t work. The wifi is terrible. Also, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to either get smart TV’s or TV’s with a Chromecast built in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the people who work there.

This hotel is really great because you’re right next to the train station where we arrived. You are in walking distance to the city center, and it is very centrally located. The Hotel is great for the price and the quality. The room is very clean and very. The pillows were a little flimsy, and the front office location can seem a little offputting, but the rooms are very nice, and the staff is very friendly.

First the staff we encountered were warm and friendly. The hotel is old and it looks as though they tried to update some of it but you can only do so much without a complete redo. We only saw a couple of wires hanging in the hallways, none in our room. The room was clean, but the size is a definite NO. We had two single beds that were put together to make a king and then literally there was 2 feet or less on both sides of the bed and the foot of the bed. Two people moving around was very difficult. The bathroom was the same way. There is NO air conditioning and the only place they have to put your suitcase is used to hold a standup fan. The suitcase had to be opened in front of the bathroom door, when the door was closed and then close the suitcase and stand it against the entry door. We had to do this with both of our suitcases which made using the bathroom a challenge.

We loved the location for our daily outings. Sometimes a bit noisy at night. Building was under construction and there was construction across the street. Despite the noise, it was just what we needed.

Nothing but a budget hostel

Wires hanging from the walls and ceiling, inside the room and in the hallways. No security cameras anywhere. Only a self installed cheap looking camera in the reception. Also no firealarms were to be seen, either in the rooms, or in the hallway. You are essentially sleeping on a mattress with no legs. Towels smell like straight vinegar. Oh, and AC looks like it’s installed, but you cannot use it. They do provide you with a cheap fan though… No minifridge or phone in the room either. Luggage room is not checked or attended to by anyone. You just pick up a key from reception, and there you go.

Okay Stay, But With Several Issues Our stay at this hotel had some frustrating moments. We arrived two hours after the official check-in time, expecting a smooth process, but when we got to our room, it was completely unprepared—the bed was unmade, and there was trash left from the previous guest. After complaining at reception, the staff was friendly and tried to help as quickly as possible, but we still had to wait 30 minutes for a new room. The second room was at least clean, but it had several issues: the light switches worked only sporadically, wires were hanging from the ceiling, and one power outlet was unusable due to an exposed wire, which seemed like a safety hazard. The bathroom also had a design flaw—a large gap between the shower partitions caused water to spill everywhere when showering. Overall, the stay was okay, but given these issues, I’m not sure I would book this hotel again.

Paar minuten te voet van Hbf, supermarkt en centrum. Gastvrij, schoon, rustige straat. Kamer incl sanitair recent opgeknapt in een oud gebouw, wat binnen en buiten ook zichtbaar is. Gastvrij personeel, kortom een prettige plek!

Die Unterkunft bietet ein gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und haben alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, für den Preis von knapp 8 Euro erwarte ich aber auch nicht mehr, also alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum HBF, sodass ich es für zukünftige Aufenthalte auf jeden Fall wieder mit berücksichtigen würde.

Diese Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und der Hauptbahnhof ist in der Nähe und sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war modern,gemütlich und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfbereit.

Necesitan realizar mantenimiento , el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó , nos movieron de habitación y siguió sin funcionar . La cortina estaba dañada al igual que la ventana , el personal si es muy amable , está muy bien ubicado .
