Located in eastern Munich, the beautiful holiday apartment “Muc City de Lux” offers 120 m² of living space surrounded by greenery. With high ceilings and colorful decor, it exudes a Mediterranean flair. The apartment is on the second floor and features a living room with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a sleeping alcove with a single bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Pleasant spacious and comfortable apartment in Denning close to services. 10 minute walk to S Bahn which gets you into Munich fairly quickly or a bus up the street. Lots of restaurants close by as well.
We stayed at Andreas's house on the first leg of a 17 day trip visiting Gemany, Switzerland, Itlay / Sardinia and Iceland. The house is in a great location! Two grocery stores within walking distance, bakery, resturants etc. The S Bahn train is a 4 block walk making old town Munich a mere 15 minutes away. The Englishgarden is about 15 minutes by bus or train or bike. The apartment itself is wonderful!: clean, very quiet, comfortable, light filled and spacious. It was very enjoyable having the open view to the park / soccer field behind the house as we had open sky views for sunsets every night. We had acces to laundry which Andreas's wife graciously let us use. The neghborhood is very nice, filled with a mix of beautiful newer and well kept vintage single family homes, some with beautiful gardens and private pools. Thre is a very nice park about a mile south with a nice lakeside resturant (Haus am See Muchen) it makes for a splended everning walk there and back. Be sure to checkout the Daglfing flea market, a huge open air vintage swap meet and flea market held at the Daglfing horse racing track about 3 miles from the house, it's huge, hundreds of booths! Overall, we were very happy with the stay at Andreas's house, he and his wife are a pleasure to chat and visit with and they provided many helpful tips and suggestions. A. We had an outstanding stay at this property! The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is walking diatance to local restaurants and a grocery store. It is also a short walk to the train station and a short train trip into central Munich. The property was clean, well-kept, and had plenty of room for our family of 4. Andreas and Petra were great hosts and provided everything we needed to have a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Gut mit Luft nach oben
Pros: Sauber, großzügig geschnitten, freundliche Vermieter
Cons: Könnte mehr Geschirr und Gläser sein.
Nachttischlampe ohne Stromversorgung, Sonnenschutz auf Balkon wäre schön.

Trotz schlechtem Wetter eine wunderbare Woche in München verbracht.
Pros: Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet, Vermieter immer ansprechbar. Sie hat eine ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichketen in der Nähe und ist nur fünf Minute von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, somit ist man in kürzester Zeit in der Innenstadt.
Cons: Viele Treppen bis zum Apartment, für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung eher nicht geeignet.

Ausreichend Parkplätze am Strassenrand
Pros: Toll war durch das schräge Dach das Raumgefühl im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern - die Decke war ca. gefühlte 6 bis 7 Meter hoch. Grandios. Dafür war im Badezimmer die Dachschräge in der umgekehrten Lage - da gab es keine Dusche mit „normaler“ Zimmerhöhe, sondern eine Badewanne mit Duschtrennwand. Wer Badewannen mag dem dürfte das ja egal sein. Wer aber nur Duschen gewöhnt ist, muss sich erst mal an das in die Badewannenklettern gewöhnen. Die Gastgeber waren superfreundlich, haben uns Tipps gegeben wo sich ein uriges Restaurant in der Nähe befindet und wie man am besten mit dem Nahverkehr an den Wunschort kommt.
Wenn etwas in der Ferienwohnung gefehlt hat, hat unser Gastgeber das umgehend nachgeholt und in die Wohnung gebracht.

Eine rundum gelungene Woche, in der wir uns an jedem Tag nach vielen Erkundungen in der Stadt auf ei
Pros: unkomplizierter Check-In, Geschäfte wie Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, S-Bahn-Station ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, Ausblick ins Grüne (Fußballplatz hinter dem Haus)
Cons: kann für Allergiker wegen des Teppichbodens/ der vielen Teppiche problematisch sein
