This hotel is great! Near everything. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Bathroom snug, but was fine. Staff are lovely. The sweets and coffee at reception is a lovely little extra. Met other lovely guests too. Think this hotel was an old cinema, which explains quirky layouts, but it’s charming and cute! We had a great time here and will stay again when back in Munich.

Wonderful place to stay

Very comfortable hotel with nice extras such as complimentary beer, soda, water, tea, and coffee as well as a candy bar in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the shower had low water pressure and the bathroom door was partially transparent.

Splendid location, within convenient walking distance of Munich's great art museums and parks, and easy access to a varied international food scene. We didn't try the hotel breakfast but there are many very nice cafes around the area. Our room was spacious, though the bathtub drain and sliding door had maintenance issues. Attentive and helpful staff. No lobby to speak of.

This property was a great value for the area. It was walkable to all the major sites. The only drawbacks were thin walls and not super comfortable beds. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the little bakery/coffee shop across the street.

Great hotel with lovely\helpful staff in a convenient location not far from the main hub (Marianplatz etc) and close to transport link if you plan to go further. Rooms were clean and modern. I give the Leonardo Boutique Five stars and will definitely be back. Totally recommend this place.

Nice location near art galleries and museums. The room was large and tastfully decorated. Staff were very friendly. The shower was in a (big) bath without a curtain.

My room was tiny and the bathroom was so small it was uncomfortable. I feel thevroom was overpriced, being so small. The breakfast was decent though. The room was cleaned well and the staff was very nice. I have pictures but i cant upload them here.

Great location for discovering the city. The rooms were well equipped and modernised. The corridors and stairs could do with some modernising. The bathroom was small, but a good shower. A good coffee machine and daily replaced coffee pods and sparking water.

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not huge but comfortable and more than adequate for our four day stay. Excellent sound-proofing from traffic noise. One small issue (OK, two). I'm not a great fan of glass bathroom doors - always feels a little exposed. Also the shower door was fiddly and didn't fully seal so we got puddles on the floor. But excellent value for money in the heart of Munich within easy walking distance of The English Gardens, Marienplatz and the Old Town.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property. The breakfast was good and staff made sure all selections were consistently replenished. Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice as well. The check in/out process was smooth. We did arrive before check in and they kept our bags for us and gave a restaurant recommendation while we waited. The rooms are quite small and the furniture in our room was "pleather" and peeling badly. Property is conveniently located about a 12 minute walk from Old Town/Marienplatz nearby the U-station or you can grab a taxi or Uber. If you're not too concerned with aesthetics and just need a place to lay your head, I would suggest this property.

Around property noisy but relatively central. Great eating options close. No fridge in room. Aircon dripped on the floor so didn’t use. Toilet door see through and windows face rooms window so felt no privacy Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent
