We had a lovely experience at this hotel. We cannot say enough about the hotel staff - their professionalism and customer care and service is exemplary. It started when we first checked in. Teresa was friendly and provided us with a very nice room. Unfortunately, the t.v. was not working in that room. Hannah, in the front desk, offered another room, but unfortunately, the t.v. was not working in that room either. We expressed that after a long journey we wanted to relax in our room, but instead were faced with these issues. Hannah was on it, and wanted to rectify the issue and did so by providing an upgrade and breakfast. Hats off to Hannah's professionalism; she handled the situation very affably and professionally and seemed to genuinely care about our issue. Often times hotel staff appear to be nice but it is often not sincere and appears contrived. Not here. If Hannah has not received a promotion or is not in management, she deserves to be!
We also enjoyed our breakfast experience. The buffet had ample offerings, and we felt safe partaking in the buffet because of the measures taken due to Covid. Alex in the dining area was friendly and genuinely interested in helping guests. He is another example of excellent customer relations and service. We also want to thank Maria in the dining area; she made our dining experience that much better, and we appreciate her friendly demeanor.
