The hotel is located very close to public transportation, shopping and the old town. Because it is located close to all the action parking was hit and miss. The mattresses could have seen a bit of a refresh. The staff was courteous and helpful.

AC worked great. Fairly quiet even on floor 1 with window to the street. We didn't take the breakfast option. It looked ok but there are so many good options nearby. Pretty comfy beds.

Very comfortable, safe and clean. Helpful staff (helped get luggage to the lift, quickly let me back in room when I left without the key). Building and rooms have character. Sofa beds aren’t very comfortable but were tolerable for a couple of nights. Great location with restaurants, groceries, public transport and sites within a walkable distance.

Great location and convenient parking garage right next to the hotel. We opted to not get breakfast at the hotel and easily found several cafes in the area instead. We were able to walk to the Residenz, Marienplatz and other locations. Access to public transportation is also very easy.
