Good location for Octoberfest, walkable to the grounds. Also walkable to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. It is not located in a clean area, with lots of noise, outside at night. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Nice hotel with good facilities. We didn’t have the breakfast so cannot comment. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy and lots of gentlemen’s clubs, gambling and strip bars.

Good location, breakfast adequate. Rather noisy though. The heavy doors on the rooms bang shut and shake the whole floor. Also, as there is no a/c the windows need to be open and there’s quite a lot of noise coming from the courtyard.

Convenient location of hotel. However, there was a lot of noise especially during the night. This was unpractical as it got very hot in the room during the night and we had to sleep with windows open. The offered fan by the hotel was not enough to cool us down.

This hotel was easy walking distance to the train station (as well as S & U stations) and also easy walking to attractions like the Marienplatz. We found a playground close by that our 6 year old loved. The room itself was quite small and did not have the most clean feel. We appreciated that they left a fan in the room during the hot weather, but the fan looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall, a convenient and budget-friendly place to stay for a couple of nights in Munich.

Good hotel to stay the night. There are probably better areas in Munich but it is convient to be only 7min walk far from the train station. Public transport very close. Room big enough for 2 and clean. Althought helpful, the staff could be a bit friendlier
