Staff Hospitality and the public transport connectivity was amazing.. one downside is that the street noise was too much so avoid getting a room facing by the street atleast not the 1st floor room.

The room was very nice. Spacy with good views. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The location is good but the street itself isn’t nice anymore. I very likely book hotel daniels for my next Munich visit also.

The location is great- just off the train and around the corner from the ice rink/ start of the markets. Room was average at best- cleaned but in need of update- stained carpet, outdated decor, old hair dryer that barely worked, etc. Breakfast was the bare minimum- for $15 you can get much better coffee/ options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. nearby. The ok-but ito work and it only runs on low- anyo

The room was clean. I deducted 1 point as I booked a double room by mistake and asked to change to single within about 10 minutes but this was refused. Admittedly, it was a non-refundable booking, but I was only seeking a change and not a cancellation. They could have been more accommodating.

Hotel was nice and in a perfect spot for sightseeing and getting around. Hotel though lost power which was confusing and had to keep the window open while in the room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room did not have a mini fridge, we were facing the busy front street and it was noisy when emergency vehicles drove by which was often during the night. Bed was very comfortable! Good air conditioning! Room was spacious!

Great location

great location! easy access to the old town. Marienplatz and Karlsplatz are few minutes walk. it was so easy to check in even late at night. front desk staff leaves at 11:00pm. the floor of the room could need an improvement,the carpet is dated. maybe a small coffee pot in the room would be nice.

The shower in our room did not work properly and the TV never worked. I did not report it because we were out constantly out with friends and when we could the reception area was always busy. The hotel is however, centrally located for the main sights in Munich.

Ideal location, very well connected with U bahn and S bahn with a easy walkable distance, close to old town attractions, even if you are attending exibition or connecting airport, you are just a metro away, major shopping places nearby, reception is very welcoming, helpful, rooms are clean, for solo travelers it's small but well managed.
