Für ein, zwei Nächte in München empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel liegt im Bahnhofsviertel. Es gibt viele kleine Läden und Restaurants im Umkreis. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr groß, die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch das Bad benötigt eine Renovierung, Sauberkeit so lala. Aufgrund der Coronavetordnungen wurde das Frühstück (sehr lecker) aufs Zimmer serviert. Für ein, zwei Nächte in München ist das Hotel empfehlenswert.

Beim Einchecken war ein Zimmer noch nicht bereit (gebrauchte Bettwäsche der Vorgänger noch vorhanden) jedoch sofort und problemlos ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Bezüglich sauberkeit: Im einten Zimmer noch Traubenreste vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett.

Alles in Ordnung. Viele Hotels in Umgebung. Strasse mit viel Lärm (Baustellen) aber das hat uns nicht gestresst. Hauptbahnhof, Marienplatz und Geschäfte... alles nicht weit.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Jedoch finde ich, dass ein 4 Sterne Hotel eine bessere Hygiene bieten sollte. Das WC hätte schon länger ersetzt werden müssen. Die Spülung war viel zu schwach. Beim Einzug lag ein Haar drauf. Der Duschvorhang war ekelig. Nicht alle Glühbirnen funktionierten. Im ganzen Hotel liegt Teppich. Nur leider wurde selten in den Gängen sauber gemacht.

Séjour de 3jours (2nuits) pas très agréables ni beaucoup d’empathie de la part du staff. Je me réveille les deux matins avec l’odeur de cigarette. Même après la plainte à la réception, on continue à fumer. Lors du check-out, je fais savoir que ce n’était pas agréable de sentir la cigarette dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. La seule réponse que le réceptionniste a su me donner: “OK”. C’est tout. Pas même une simple excuse. Ou simplement dire que “nous avons essayé d’identifier et de remédier au problème.” Juste “OK”. Si c'était une auberge de jeunesse, j’aurais pu comprendre à la limite. Mais un hotel “4 étoiles”??

Horrible experience! Not at all like the pictures!

We ended up not staying at this hotel. The hotel is located in a very crowded, dirty area (despite the central location). There was a construction site in front of the hotel so we asked for a room facing the other side. The room is not at all like the pictures, the wallpaper was peeling off, the floor was not clean and we found half eaten packs of food in the fridge. They didn't clean the room! The guy in the reception told us that because of Covid there will be no room service and if we want we can get fresh towels in the reception. The window was facing a balcony that was closed with wires and smelled like urine! We checked in another hotel! Horrible experience!

Das hotelpersonal an der Rezeption äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber. Frühstück solala... Sehr angenehm, dass die Tiefgarage direkt vom Hotel aus zu begehen ist. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

sehr zentral gelegen

Masken werden in allen öffentlichen Gebieten im Hotel gefordert, es gibt aber keine, die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt oder gegen eine Gebühr bezogen werden könnten. Zimmer soweit okay und sauber. Business Center sehr minimalistisch und erlaubt kein konzentriertes arbeiten.

Ingen aircondition, blev aldrig udbedret, ingen rengøring, fællesarealer beskidte, ingen morgenmadsrestaurant. Vi fik en madpakke dog. På ingen måde et 4 stjernet hotel!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral gelegen. Etwas abgelebt, zumindest die Zimmer. Bar/Restaurant waren geschlossen (Corona). Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto im Innenhof/Parkhaus. Das Gebiet, in dem das Hotel lag, ist sehr ausländisch durchzogen, viele Baustellen um das Hotel herum. Für 1-2 Nächte vollkommen ausreichend, solange man keine hohen Erwartungen hat.

Sauberes Hotel an guter Lage.

Sehr sauberes Hotel an sehr guter Lage, nahe am Bahnhof und der Innenstadt. Deshalb nichts für Menschen, die Lärm nicht vertragen. Was man uns vorher nicht sagte: Die Zimmer werden nicht jeden Tag gereinigt.

Reisen ble avbrutt pga nedstengning og reiseforbud. Fikk tilgode lapp fra hotell selv om jeg ikke hadde rett til å avbestille. Dette var gledelig og jeg ser frem til å besøke hotellet når ting normaliserer seg etterhvert.

おすすめしません。

ジュネーブからの乗り換え便が飛ばず、急遽予約したホテルでした。同行者の泊まった部屋は排水管が逆流して、部屋を変えてもらいました。フロントも1人しかおらず、長い列。フロント横にバーのあるレストランがありますが、店員が感じが悪く入る気になれませんでした。もう泊まらないと思います。
