I tried to cancel my reservation within an hour of booking a non refundable room. Expedia advocated for reversing the charge, but had trouble connecting initially. Expedia claimed that OSt Park had agreed, but the system was down and to try again later. I tried, then learned Ost Park would not reverse the charge, a full week ahead of the date. Buy travel insurance. Can’t expect any exceptions here.

Strak en doelmatig ingerichte kamer zonder tierelantijnen, goed bed, prima douche (met fatsoenlijke waterdruk) en een uitstekend vers bereid ontbijt met ruime keuze.

sehr nettes kleines Hotel im Münchner Osten

Das Hotel ist sehr nett, alle Kontaktpersonen unheimlich freundlich. Ungewöhnlich ist das Frühstück und die Betreuung dabei – überragend! Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der schlechte Schallschutz innerhalb des Gebäudes.

Schönes kleines Hotel

Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Personal sehr freundlich, die Zimmer völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Frühstück wird serviert und ist wirklich sehr umfangreich.
