The hotel is 15/20 minutes walk from the train station it’s quite close to Marienplatz The staff were very helpful and nice I would stay at this hotel again

The hotel is well situated, just minutes away from the train staition to go downtown. Surprisingly, parking in the street was amazingly easy for Munich. But the hotel itself needs a lot of love. It was reasonably clean, but the room and particularly the bathroom are very small and shabby. The matress was horrible, you were pretty much sleeping on a slope, because the springs were finished on the side of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel.

What I liked: The sheets and towels were clean and fresh What I did not like: 1. The majority if staff members are heavy smokers. They congregate in the entrace, smoking, especially on a rainy day. It is impossible to escape the lingering smell of smoking. 2. I was not clear who was in charge, if anyone. The reception was not occupied most of the time. 3. The room was not made up by the end if the day. 4. The pillows are lumpy

Incredibly disgusting. Sketchy area. Showed up to my keys being left on the front counter with no one at the desk. Room had mold in the shower, stains on the floors, rotting ceiling, and I slept in my sleeping bag. No one was at the desk to speak with. Refusing a refund so I will have to go after them with civil courts. Do not stay here.

My room was fine however I had to keep the window and door open almost the whole time to air out the cigarette smell. If you are next to the Main Street you will hear ambulances and car noises with the door and window closed. Hallways smell like cigarettes BAD. The fridge was not cold at all. Bathroom was incredibly small. Towels had a musty smell to them. Strange people work here and will follow you outside to smoke and watch where you’re going especially the older guy with a beard. Walls are super super super thin. Also there is a lip/gap between the floor in the hallway and the floor in the room. I tried to step out to talk to one of the maids and stubbed my pinky toe so hard, I broke it and completely fell to the ground. I will never ever ever stay here again. Almost the whole time no one is at the desk. I left my key on the desk and walked out.

Fenster ließen sich nicht schließen, Heizung im Bad ging nicht, Schloss an der Badezimmertür kaputt, Schimmel an der Decke im Bad und das Internet war nur ab und zu mal zu Besuch. Hab auf Nachfrage ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Da war alles besser bis auf das Internet. Personal war sehr sehr freundlich.

Comfortabele kamers. Centrum München goed te bereiken met S-bahn. Wel verouderd, maar werd ook vebouwd ten tijde van ons verblijf. Dus dat zal veranderen. Door verbouwing onveilige situaties. Enorme stukken glas boven de ingang die loshingen en naar beneden dreigden te vallen. Kamer niet goed schoongemaakt. Schoonmaak ook alleen op verzoek. Evengoed een prettig verblijf gehad.
