The team were very friendly and responsive but the room smelled like cigarettes smoke and the pillow covers had a musty smell as well. Good area to get around.

Loud and smoky
We stayed two nights. Wish we had asked for a different room after the first night. Our room faced the court yard. There was no ac so we had windows open. Very loud and horrible smoke from people going outside to smoke and talk late into the night. Hotel was ok but ask for a room that does not face courtyard.

was a nice hotel. not to obvious from the road , could use better signage , the hotel is set back . we got kind of a bum steer on area parking and ended up getting a 40 euro parking ticket .

Dears, In one sentence - Terrible experience. Pls read below. Upon arrival the room was not ready-OK it can happen. 19:00, June 14, 2023 I arrived very tiered back from the exhibition In Munich, the key is not in order to open the room. I went down to reception & back to the room. The room is not clean. The telephone in the room is disconnected. I sent them an email, no reply. Again, I went down to reception, they said "we clean the room every TWO days". I never heard about it. In my humble opinion, no value for money, I expect to get refund from the hotel. Thank you.
