10/10 Excellent

"Great house in a nice village with good local shops. The house accommodated 7 of us easily and had thoughtful provision of equipment, kitchen utensils and small often overlooked items such as dishwasher tablets, hand wash and tissues. We cooked dinner easily in the very well equipped kitchen. The sitting room accommodated our 4 teens and worked well for them whilst the 3 adults had the dining space to relax in. Overall it worked well for us and we would recommend it."

"Had a great stay at The Ship Inn.. The staff are so welcoming, and efficient. Room clean, bed comfy, fan in the room was needed as it was so hot. Situated overlooking the beach with plenty of seating outside, a small children's play area. And dogs welcome. Food, especially the calamari, and the cheeseboard was very good. He choice of beers also good.. We stayed in room 8, which is a small room but more than adequate. Bottled water, biscuits, teas and coffee.. The only drawback was the shower cubical was very small, if u are above average size u would struggle to move. The other rooms had huge bathrooms. Overall really great, peaceful place to stay. We will be back."

"This is a very comfortable cottage with very good facilities. We appreciated access to a variety of of apps on the smart tv.It is well placed for visiting the lovely beach as well as being in easy reach of local attractions.I would have liked to score it very good but that was not offered as a rating.I think that visitors should be aware that the avenue is quite narrow and the attractive area outside the cottage is part of the access road and not a private area."

"We (2adults and 1 dog) loved our stay. Very comfortable stay about 5mins walk from the beach. Would definitely come back. A small problem on arrival was dealt with quickly and amicably by the host and we had a very enjoyable week."

"Really lovely house. Very comfortable with lots of space inside and out. The Beds were very comfy and lovely clean individual bathrooms attached to most of the bedrooms. Lots of space for our large family. We all enjoyed the hot tub and barbecue. Fantastic location for the beach, village pub and even a Tesco shop across the road. We had a fantastic weekend and would definiately come again."

"Great property and one of the cleanest we have been to. Kitchen was fully stocked.Excellent views of the sea and direct beach access albeit via some steep steps, you do have the opportunity to walk 5min down the road to a more pushchair friendly beach.Great comms and even better being able to check in earlier than the states time.Would defo be back"
